Palautuskäytäntö
PALAUTUSEHDOT
Tuotteilla on 14 päivän palautusoikeus. Aika alkaa tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessaan olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Verkkokaupasta ostettuja lahjakortteja ja jäsenyyksiä ei vaihdeta rahaksi.
Palautusoikeus ei koske hygieniatuotteita, kuten shaverteriä. Kuluttajansuojalaissa (6. luku 16§) on rajoituksia hygieniatuotteiden palautusoikeudesta seuraavasti: hygieniatuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta pakkauksen avaamisen jälkeen, koska tuote ei ole palautettavissa myyntiin luonteensa vuoksi. Sinetöity pakkaus, jossa sinetöinti on ehjä, on kuitenkin mahdollista palauttaa.
Jos palautettu tuote on käytetty tai sitä on muutoin käsitelty siten, että tuote ei ole enää asetettavissa myyntiin ilman hinnan alennusta, vähennetään palautettavasta summasta tuotteen arvon alentuma, joka voi olla myös tuotteen kokonaisarvo. Esimerkiksi palautettavia kosmetiikkatuotteita ei saa avata, koska tuotteen pilaantuminen alkaa ensimmäisestä avaamisesta. Avattu kosmetiikkatuote ei ole palautuskelpoinen sen täydestä arvostaan.
Tuotteilla ei ole vaihto-oikeutta. Tuotteen voi vaihtaa toiseen vain palauttamalla tuotteen ja tekemällä uuden tilauksen normaalisti. Mikäli vaihdettava tuote on parturijäsenyys tai lahjakortti, joitakin muutoksia voi olla mahdollista tehdä ottamalla yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme.
Palautusilmoitus
Palautuksesta tulee aina ilmoittaa etukäteen sähköpostiimme butik@poslin.fi.
Palautuksen syytä ei tarvitse kertoa, mutta arvostamme avoimuutta, jotta voimme kehittää toimintaamme jatkossa.
Virheellinen tuote tai ongelma kuljetuksessa
Asiakkaan on tehtävä välittömästi ilmoitus sähköpostitse, jos toimitus tai tuote on ollut virheellinen tai mikäli tuote on kadonnut kuljetuksen aikana: butik@poslin.fi. Jos paketti on vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana, on tuotteesta tehtävä välittömästi reklamaatio kuljettajalle tai kuljetusyhtiölle.
Rahanpalautus
Rahanpalautus tehdään tilauksessa käytetylle maksutavalle 14 päivän kuluessa peruutusilmoituksesta tai kunnes palautettu tuote on vastaanotettu.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IN ENGLISH:
You have a right to return the product in 14 days after you have received the product.
The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging. Gift cards and memberships purchased from the online store cannot be exchanged for money.
The right of return does not apply to hygiene products such as razors. The Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16) limits the right to return hygiene products as follows: hygiene products do not have the right to return after opening the packaging, because the product cannot be returned for sale due to its nature. However, it is possible to return the fully sealed package.
If the product to be returned has been used or otherwise handled in a way that the product can no longer be put on sale without a price reduction, the decrease in the value of the product, which can also be the total value of the product, will be deducted from the amount to be returned. For example, cosmetic products must not be opened, because the product starts to spoil from the first opening. An opened cosmetic product cannot be returned in full.
You can exchange the product for another only by returning the product and placing a new order normally. If the product to be exchanged is a barbershop membership or a gift card, it may be possible to make changes by contacting our customer service.
Return notice
The return must always ne notified in advance to our email butik@poslin.fi.
Faulty product or problem during in shipping
The customer must report immediately by email if the delivery or product has been faulty or if the product has been lost during the shipping: butik@poslin.fi. If the package has gone damaged during the shipping,a complaint must be made immediately to the courier or the transport company.
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice or when the returned product has been received, using the same payment method when buying.
